Description
The goal of the Stirling City Centre Alliance is for Stirling City Centre to become “a 21st century sustainable city by 2031”. A key to achieving this objective is to ensure that the Stirling City Centre incorporates cutting edge initiatives in all its aspects that set new benchmarks in urban sustainability.
The Western Australian Planning Commission on behalf of the Stirling Alliance requires the services of a Panel of Planning Consultancies to provide:
• Planning option development and Strategic Advice,
• An Urban Typology Framework for the Structure Plan Area; and
• Detailed Area Plans and Form Based Codes.
