METRONET: Morley to Ellenbrook Transit Alignment Business Case Advisor

Description
The government has proposed a 21km above ground spur line to connect Ellenbrook to Perth CBD via the Midland line to the east of Bayswater station will be built as part of METRONET. However a number of options exist to service this corridor with an efficient transport system. The METRONET team therefore requires an Options Analysis Study for a proposed Ellenbrook Transit Alignment to be undertaken. Alongside this, the METRONET team also requires a Business Case and Economic Appraisal to be developed to provide the Business Case justification for the project.
