Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above service, as detailed in the attached Tender documentation.

SMCT is seeking a response for these works, by 2.00pm Tuesday 19th March 2024 via Tenders Vic.

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required for successful delivery of this RFT, it is strongly recommended that all Tenderers (to a maximum of two attendees) attend site briefing (including initial tender briefing) as follows:

• Springvale Botanical Cemetery - 8.00am – 12.30pm, Monday 26th February 2024 (incl. initial tender briefing) - Meeting at Reception, Clarence Reardon Centre.
• Cheltenham Memorial Park – (including Cheltenham Pioneer Cemetery) – 1.30pm – 2.30pm, Wednesday 28th February 2024 - Meeting at Reception, Administration Building
• Brighton General Cemetery – 11.45am – 12.15pm, Wednesday 28th March 2024 - Meeting at Reception, Administration Building.
• Bunurong Memorial Park – 1.45pm – 4pm, Monday 26th February 2024 - Meeting at Reception, Administration Building.
• Dandenong Community Cemetery – 1.15pm – 1.30pm, Monday 26th February 2024 - Entrance Gate
• Sorrento Community Cemetery – 9.00am – 9.30am, Thursday 29th February 2024 - Entrance Gate
• Melbourne General Cemetery – 8am – 10am, Wednesday 28th February 2024 - Meeting at Reception, Administration Building.
• St Kilda Cemetery - 11am – 11.15am, Wednesday 28th February 2024 - Entrance Gate

All questions must be submitted by 2.00pm Monday 4th March 2024 and will be responded to no later than 2.00pm Friday 8th March 2024.
