Invitation to Offer - Standing Offer Arrangement - Provision of Painting Services

INVITATION TO OFFER (ITO) FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF STANDING OFFER ARRANGEMENT (SOA): AQ037/2023 Provision of Painting Services

The State of Queensland acting through the Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy represented by Arts Queensland (the Principal) is issuing this SOA ITO to Suppliers, with the objective of establishing a Panel comprising of one or more Suppliers, each of which will enter into a SOA with the Principal, to provide to Painting Services. The SOA will be in place for three (3) years with 2 x 1 year extension options, to be exercised at the Principal's discretion.

The Principal is seeking companies with demonstrated experience in working on a live 24/7 government Site(s) that understand the ongoing complexities of undertaking works at cultural facilities whilst ensuring minimal disruption to the day-to-day operational needs of the tenant(s).

The final Panel will be responsible for painting related works across the heritage-listed Queensland Cultural Centre (QCC) and Fortitude Valley properties (i.e Festival House and Judith Wright Arts Centre), the Sites.

The categories of work to be covered by this SOA are Painting Services as set in AQ 037/2023 Part B: SOA Details, Schedule 1 Requirements.

Once the SOA is established, AQ and eligible Arts Statutory Bodies will be able to select from the Registered Preferred Suppliers to undertake works, with the value of the works capped to $250,000 including GST.
