Description
The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) within the Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation is seeking to establish a Standing Offer / Preferred Supplier Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of professional services as receivers over trust property as provided for under the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000 (PAMDA).
It is proposed to establish the SOA for the provision of receivership services throughout Queensland for a three year period. It is anticipated that a nuymber of receivers who meet the evaluation criteria will be appointed to a panel of suppliers.
