Description
Western Australia Country Health Services - Midwest (WACHS – Midwest) has a requirement for the provision of ad-hoc cleaning and gardening services, on an "as and when" required basis, for the Geraldton Health Campus off-site staff residential accommodation properties.
This Contract is in separable portions – Respondents may submit a price for one discipline or both.
The Contract Authority reserves the right to appoint a sole contractor to deliver the services as stated at Schedule 2 – Statement of Requirements/Specification or to appoint a panel of contractors. The panel arrangement would consist of Respondents appointed who have satisfactorily addressed the Selection Criteria and offer the best Value for Money.
