Risk Management Support Services

Following the development of PTA's Risk Appetite statement and the launch of the new SAI360 Enterprise Risk Management module, PTA requires specialised risk resource capacity to support the rollout of the above initiatives and associated Enterprise Risk Management activities, including finalisation of the new Enterprise Management Framework. The scope of the engagement will be the following: ? Assist in reviewing and finalising updates to the Enterprise Risk Framework, including the Policy and Procedures (Handbook), as may be applicable ? Assist in rolling out the organisational Risk Appetite Statement across the business, including supporting the business in understanding and using the RAS for decision making and reporting purposes ? Assist in reviewing/updating the Risk and Controls library in support of the new system ? Assistance with Risk workshops ? Assistance with Risk training ? Stakeholder engagement in support of the above outcomes ? General Enterprise Risk Management support as may be required
