The Western Australian State Government’s Department of Finance (DoF), Building Management and Works (BMW) are the owner of McIver House, 297 Fitzgerald Street, Northam WA 6401. JLL, on behalf of our client, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced mechanical services contractor to carry out the stage 2 works to modernise the existing AHUs, Mechanical Switchboards, Ductwork & Return Air Grills, etc. as outlined by BCA mechanical consulting engineers.
