The Office for Prevention of Family and Domestic Violence (OPFDV) at the Department of Communities is seeking to engage an experienced Supplier to complete a Monitoring, Evaluation and Quality Assurance Framework for the Family and Domestic Violence Response Team model. The Framework should include identification of indicators to measure the following domains within the FDVRT model: • Compliance with practice • Quality of response • Outcomes for individuals and families • Workload impacts
