Description
Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority trading as Seqwater is seeking tenders from suitably qualified firms to provide Internal Audit Services. It is the intention of Seqwater that any Contract resulting from this Invitation shall be for a term of three (3) years, with an additional one (1) year extension option.
Seqwater (Seqwater) changed on 1 January 2013 through a merger of SEQ Water Grid Manager, LinkWater and the former Seqwater. The water security and efficiency responsibilities previously performed by the Queensland Water Commission also form part of the organisation. Seqwater is a Queensland Government statutory authority responsible for ensuring a safe, secure and reliable water supply for almost three million people across South East Queensland and providing essential flood mitigation services. It also provides irrigation services to around 1000 rural customers in five water supply schemes.
